1980 - Known as the 'queen of social media', Kimberly Kardashian might be one of the most popular celebrities in the media nowadays, especially amongst teenagers. She is a model, socialite and the reality TV star with the highest income in world history. Today Kim celebrates another year on earth. Happy birthday Kim!

Ranking the stars
In pre-school, Kim became friends with Paris Hilton. Spending time with a celebrity made Kim one herself, in particular because of her looks. Yet she worked her way up as well. She stars in a whole bunch of tv-shows, but is most known for ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians'. In this tv-series, we follow Kim and her family in their day-to-day life and business, broadcasting almost anything. The drama combined with this openness gives the audience an insight in their exceptional world, making it a popular program.
Kim has also made tiny appearances in other shows, for example in 2009 in an episode of the comedy series, How I Met Your Mother.

Michael Jackson
Kimberly is a mother herself by now and is married to Kanye West, with whom she is expecting a third child. Kardashian birthday parties don’t go unnoticed. Her 14th birthday, for example, was held at Michael Jackson’s famous Neverland. The Kardashians don’t hesitate showing their wealth to the world and birthdays are a perfect opportunity for this.
